2026 IFS Annual Conference
We’re thrilled to announce that Valarie Kaur will keynote the 2026 Virtual Conference for IFS. This conference will bring together inspiring voices, powerful workshops, and a vibrant community from wherever you are in the world.
This year’s conference celebrates 35 years of IFS in community, featuring over 30 workshops led by IFS trainers, practitioners, researchers, and community members from around the globe. With sessions spanning core IFS practice, emerging applications, research, identity, culture, and systems-level work, participants can build an experience that reflects their interests and depth of experience with the Model.
Over two dynamic days, explore workshops on key topics including:
- Emerging Research & AI
- Attachment, Family & Parentification
- Spirituality & Self-Leadership
- Therapist Parts & Clinical Practice
- Identity, Advocacy & Collective Healing
Across keynote presentations, experiential workshops, and research sessions, participants will explore how parts are shaped not only within us but also through relationships, culture, systems of power, emerging technologies, and global change. Together, these perspectives invite a deeper understanding of IFS as both a clinical model and a framework for navigating an increasingly interconnected world.
This event will include a lunchtime keynote session with Valarie Kaur followed by a conversation with Dr. Richard Schwartz
