Calling all parents and educators!📣

Dear Revolutionary Love Community,

How do we protect our children’s wonder? How do we teach them to be brave with their grief, to find safe containers for their rage? How do we show them how to listen across lines of differences with empathy? How do we protect their sparkling imagination? How do we teach them how to breathe when life gets hard? How do we protect their joy above all? These are the practices of Revolutionary Love.

We’re excited to announce that our Early Childhood Learning Hub is now live! These evidence-based, transformative tools have been two years in the making. Whether you’re an educator, parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or caregiver, we’ve created vibrant, accessible resources to help you practice Revolutionary Love with the children in your life.

Imagine the world we can create if every child learns to lead with love instead of fear—working toward equity for themselves, others, and even their opponents. While we don’t know what the future holds for our children, we do know that practicing Revolutionary Love now will help new generations navigate life with wonder and courage into the future.

We are thrilled to also share that we are offering monthly emails filled with loving practical tips, revolutionary reflections, and real stories from families and classrooms practicing Revolutionary Love! To receive these emails, just opt-in to join our community of educators and parents.

Early Childhood Testimonials

“This has expanded what is possible to teach a child and what is possible to practice as a family.”

“Revolutionary love is a framework that I work with consistently now. I don’t think I will ever work without it. I’ve always supported social-emotional and moral development in children, and this framework has elevated these areas of children’s development. Having a more powerful vocabulary provides a more interesting way to communicate with children about the challenges and emotions we all have. It’s changed me. It’s part of what and how I teach now.”

— Iwonka Dzaig, Early Childhood Educator

“In our country, caregivers do not get seen and heard, which can be very isolating. When I share this curriculum or quotes from Valarie, caregivers say, “Thank you so much for doing this and talking about these things.” People feel seen and identify with the practices in a loving and inclusive way, and it resonates with them.”

— Karen Greensmith, Parent and Early Childhood Educator

“Previously, I would add social-emotional work to the curriculum or daily schedule as time allowed, but now I see that the Revolutionary Love curriculum is a powerful platform to build impactful educators from the heart. This child-centered approach to meaningful education will set a positive course for change and social justice.”
