In spring 2020\, SHE RECOVERS became a 501(c)(3) public charity and today is a growing and evolving community serving women in the United States and beyond who are in or seeking recovery from substance use disorders\, mental health issues\, trauma\, and related life challenges. The mission of our nonprofit organization is to inspire hope\, reduce stigma\, and empower women (and non-binary individuals who identify with women’s communities) to increase recovery capital\, heal themselves\, and help other women to do the same. The public is invited to hear Kaur speak about “Diversity and Reconciliation” at the O’Reilly Family Event Center on September 18\, 2023\, from 11:00 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. \nAfter her talk\, Kaur will host a book signing from noon – 1 p.m. in the O’Reilly Family Event Center followed by a luncheon in Drury’s Findley Student Center ballroom. Members of the public who would like to attend the luncheon\, are asked to fill out this form and provide $10 a person for the meal.
